Return Process

Take clear photos of the plants and the packaging they arrived in to help our horticultural team diagnose any health or shipping concerns.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of your plants.
- 3.Expert Review
Our plant experts will review your claim and provide guidance on whether the plant needs a little extra care or qualifies for a full replacement.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a one-time replacement or a store credit voucher so you can try a different variety better suited for your landscape.
